No tack coat or primer needed as Carboncor permanently bonds to compacted surfaces by penetrating the base.
About 10% Cost Saving
Resurfacing can be done at a minimum thickness of 10mm on damaged or smooth roads, helping to rejuvenate the surface and create a skid resistant layer, prologing the life span of the existing asphalt.
About 50% Cost Saving
No wastage as material can be stored at site or covered with a tarpaulin before being used. Bagged material can be stored in trucks covered with a tarpaulin for a period of 7 days, Wastage for hot mix can be as high as 50% in erratic high rainfall areas.

Very little down time as work can proceed in light drizzle as well as 2 hours before heavy showers. Labour Productivity can be increased by at least 10%.

Bulk Relative Density is less than standard hot mix asphalt, giving a higher coverage per ton of material laid; this also reduces transport costs as less material is required to cover the same area at a given thickness.
Compaction can be done using a 2 to 4 metric ton vibrating smooth drum roller, reducing the necessity of more heavy duty 8 to 10 ton rollers.
Very little specialised equipment or personnel are required reducing associated costs.
